One Litter Robot for your Kitty

I saw your ad on Craig's List for the One Litter Robot for your Kitty http://toronto.en.craigslist.ca/tor/hsh/1102595720.html . I was just wondering why you included a picture of the kids from South Park in the ad.
LOL! Just kidding of course. I am actually very interested in this item, at first I wasn't sure but once you mentioned that this item, which is designed to hold feces, "could use another really good clean" I thought to myself, "I just have to have it".
Is the price negotiable?

PS: You mentioned that you are selling it because "it won't fit anywhere after some renovations". REALLY?? What were the renovations, having your house filled in with cement?
