FUNNY DOG LAMB OUTFIT AND DOG STRIPED PJ'S

Hello there,

I saw your ad on Craig's List for the FUNNY DOG LAMB OUTFIT AND DOG STRIPED PJ'S http://toronto.en.craigslist.ca/tor/for/1060898181.html . That IS funny. Nothing says "I'm not crazy" like dressing your dog up like a sheep.

Now if I can only find a stroller...

Nautical inspired dinnerware for the student-budget! - $7

Nautical inspired dinnerware for the student-budget!

Ahoy!

I was your ad on Criagslist for the Nautical inspired dinnerware http://toronto.en.craigslist.ca/tor/hsh/1085994730.html. I am in the market for some new dinnerware and this looks like it could be the set.

I especially like how wonderfully nautical it is. I assume you have been serving fish on it (what else would you put on it? It is SO nautical). Anyway just wondering if you could send me a few pics of it with some fish on it so I can get a feel for how it works.

Thanks.

Contest Winner

The judging of the best comment contest has finally been completed. The contest winner is Spleenman for his submission on the "Calculator Submission Received" post. FOCL is currently negotiating with one of the Craigslist sellers featured on this blog to acquire a suitable prize. Stay tuned for news on which of these fabulous items Spleenman will be receiving.

FOCL would also like to acknowledge Special Runner up, Ted for his excellent attempt to sway the judges' opinion with his insightful comment on the "Contest Update" post. Well said Ted. For your efforts you win nothing this time, but check the blog often - our next contest is coming soon.

Katana update

There have been some negotiations with the seller of the Sword / Katana Rack (Black). Their emails are labeled SKRB, ours FOCL.

SKRB
Haha, epic fail, you couldn't touch my Katana. The Katana's were obviously just to show how its meant to be used. And I train in Tsuruoka Shotokan, and would destroy you.

FOCL
Fail??? Do you mean fail as in "I have failed by letting an eighth level Shoa Lynn master see my inferior katana"?

SKRB
Wow, you really are obsessed with yourself. I hope one day you'll learn that its not about being bettter, but growing up may be a bit too much to ask from you.

FOCL
Fear is a natural response.

SKRB
More like pity in your case

FOCL
Please send a video demonstrating your abilities.

Sword / Katana Rack (Black) - $10

Sword / Katana Rack (Black)

En garde!

I saw your ad on Craig's List for the sword/katana rack http://vancouver.en.craigslist.ca/fuo/1086874632.html . You made the mistake of putting up a photo of it with your katana on it. You may as well just put up a sign saying "Come take my sword/katana stand because my katana is of such low quality that I can't defend it". If I were to show up with my katana (or even just my tachi!) I could cut your katana into a million pieces. But that may be because I have an 8th level black belt in Shoa Lynn.

If you need to hire my security services just let me know.

Tired of going to strangers' basements for CORALS - $3

Tired of going to strangers' basements for CORALS

Hi,

I saw your ad on Craigslist "Tired of going to strangers' basements for CORALS" http://chicago.craigslist.org/wcl/hsh/1085203140.html . FREAKING TELL ME ABOUT IT MAN!

Sometimes all I want is a simple Pink Staghorn or Sea Whip and I wind up traipsing around some basement with some 45 year old dude named Snakebite who lives with his mom and brags that he doesn't have a bedtime so it is still pretty "boss". Then he makes you look at how many hit points his mage has acquired since he found that new book of spells before you are even allowed to see the coral. But then he does bring out the coral... and OH WHAT A CORAL it is. The darkest Pink Staghorn you ever saw man, polyps so big the basal plate bows under their weight. Sea Whips so long the hydrozoa which are known to live among its branches look as small as bryozoa. Where does Snakebite get these specimens?? Then when you get home with your coral you wonder if it was all just a dream...

Later,
